What changed: New shipping rules for EU-based customers

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. All shipments are sent via Royal Mail services. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and Royal Mail’s delivery schedule.

🇬🇧 For customers in the UK:

Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 services.

🇪🇺 For customers in the EU:

Orders placed after 10 July 2026 will be shipped using Royal Mail DDP services, which allows us to pre-pay import VAT and duties on your behalf. This means that you will not be required to pay any unexpected charges on receipt of your parcel. All charges will be shown as separate line items on the checkout page.

Please note that we are unable to issue VAT invoices for EU orders, as we are not registered for VAT in the EU.

🇺🇸 For customers in the USA:

Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail DDP services, which allows us to pre-pay tariffs and import costs on your behalf. This means that you will not be required to pay any unexpected charges on receipt of your parcel.

🌍 For all other global customers (outside UK):

Please be aware that import duties, taxes, tariffs, and/or any additional fees charged by customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. We can not cover these costs, and they may be charged upon delivery. If you would like to know more before purchasing, please get in touch.
